nope that´s no monarchy. monarchy is when there is one (king or emperor) who decides alone without anyone interfering.

NYMO, I tought you said you werent going to use my banner idea...LOL and about the monarchy yes we are interfering but the thing that matters is that the king has a power that stops everyone from interfering so if you interfere he has the power to stop it
