umm...
they are good: 8,5/10

but:

itachi: his head is more to the left than the right side

tobi(i think): his head is a bit far from the body

kisame: for me it's okay but his hair should be more... |VVVVV|, understand?

yamato: the same head problem as itachi; his leg is too into the left

pein: his face it's... weird... O.o

i'm not a professional in sprites, but this is my opinion

Btw I like kisame most of these sprites.
